Seelong-carton palletize packaging machine SLCPP-600 is a new post-process of packaging workstation, with mechatronic smart robots, which combines with advanced technology at home and abroad, designed and develop independently by our company.
This workstation adopts functional modular design, one-stop processing of unpacking, packing, sealing, labeling, packaging and other functions. It is suitable for intelligent post- processing of various products with different specifications. It can be used independently or with other front packaging machines in a production line, completing all post-process packaging procedures.
This workstation can palletize and arrange the products automatically, according to the requirement of products' quantity and other specification. Mechatronic smart robots in workstation will clamp (or suck up) products into carton boxes. Sealing mechanism in workstation will seal the boxes here and then the robots finish the lifting, labeling, scanning and piling work.
This workstation is post-process of packaging with highly integration, guaranteeing the harmonious and unified operation of the whole line, with advantages of high automation, simple operation and small occupation area etc... All make it become one of the advanced representative products of the back-process of packaging equipment with functional system integration in the domestic market.
Equipment Features
1. PLC control and industrial computer operation systems, with automatic counting, palletizing, unpacking, automatic packing, sealing, labeling, packaging and other functions.
2. Automatic palletizing system can be adjusted according to box size and palletizing method.
3. High packing speed, the frequency of packing mechanism is not less than 10 times per minute.
4. The unpacking mechanism adopts servo drive mechanism, which is stable and reliable.
5. Strong compatibility, each adjusting part is equipped with adjusting hand wheel and scale meter.
6. With failure alarm, lack of material alarm, no box alarm, card machine alarm and other functions
