The production line is designed as a split combination type, which is suitable for the making, support, compound film packaging, packing machine of Xilin bottle, amp bottle, needle (powder needle), oral liquid and medical devices, electronic (battery) cosmetics, to realize intelligent packing collection as integrated and rapid operation.
Equipment characteristics / advantages
1.The whole line is servo-driven to achieve intelligent integration and rapid operation.
2. It's connected to the all-in-one machine, and the materials are automatically grabbed by the servo manipulator and accurately delivered to the packing warehouse.
3. The boxed unit configure multiple servo-driven material bins to place precisely to the material chain board.
4. The packing unit adopts the rear-push structure to optimize the ergonomic design and make it more convenient for operation.
5. The whole working area adopts balcony structure for daily cleaning; the transmission area is closed on the back of the machine and the working area is isolated from each other to avoid cross pollution.
