Product Description

Our cushion air column bag making machines is made of two machines: SY-1200 high speed cushion air column making forming welding machine which  heat-seals the two rolls of PE-PA Co-extruded film and the air value film together to make the air column bag forming film. SY-800 cushion air column bag making forming and shaping machine  is to make the finished products(various shape of cushion air column bags).
 
 
For making the air valve is there a separate machine or it is made in the same machine? the air valve film will be made in the same machine.
 
We would like to confirm with you for this point: our machines need two kinds of film material,one is PE-PA co-extruded film with two rolls,the other is one roll of air valve film.our SY-1200 air column making machine will put three layers film of them together and form the air column film automatically.
