Product Description:
This high-speed film strapping machine is developed and designed by our company, which adopt balcony design, multi - column pre - palletizing mechanism, electronic control system produced by imported electrical components, PLC control system, man-machine operation interface, and servo motor driving mechanism mainly. The equipment has the features of high packaging speed, stable and easy operation, easy to change moulds, and so on. It is mainly used for combination strapping of boxed products in food and pharmaceutical industries.
Features:
1. MeettheGMP requirements.The machine adopts the most advanced structural design and electronic control system, servo motor, as the mainlydriving mechanism isolated from product operating areas.
2. Advanced heat-sealingmechanism that could produce the perfect PE film hot melt seal without trimming. Double-roll film structure which could save package material and reducing packaging costs as much as possible.
3. The machine has a multi-column pre-palletizing mechanism which could improve the speed of box arrangement and meet up with 200-400 boxes / minute feed speed of front end. Strapping speed is no less than 40 bundles/ min.
4. Binding tightness can be adjusted. Product replacement or adjustment is simple, convenient and fast. Adjustments and replacements of mold can be finished in 10 minutes.
