The model is based on multi-specification bottles and instructions for the pack, with a maximum packing speed of 300 boxes per minute. At the same time, also applicable to plate, ointment, pillow bag and other items of automatic addition and packing. The processes of online material delivery and detection, paper box absorption molding and transfer, material into the box, stamping batch number, paper tongue packaging (also applicable) for hot melt glue and finished product output are automatically completed.

Equipment characteristics

1. The whole machine adopts the balcony design mechanism, continuous rear push method, 21 sets of push rods, the appearance of aluminum profile, stainless steel and tempered glass combination, the overall appearance of high-end atmosphere, simple operation and convenient maintenance.

2. Main motor adopts the internationally famous brand SEW, main transmission adopts synchronous belt structure, high transmission efficiency, low noise, suitable for long service life.

3. Adopts stainless steel channel routing, pipe arrangement; effective separation of machinery and control parts to avoid mutual interference, machine internal layout is neat; main control cabinet can rotate from 0 to 100 degrees to facilitate maintenance, debugging and cleaning.

4. Adjusts the width of the box plate chain according to the front end material specification, the number of material layers can be set according to the box packing specification, and the material speed can be connected according to the front end material speed.

5. Adjusts the width of the material, the width of the paper box, and the position of the push hand are all outside the machine mechanism, with wide space and convenient adjustment.
